The 31st edition of Czech Press Photo introduces major innovations: a new category "Life in the Czech Republic – Long-term Project" and the special award "Project Europe", open for the first time to photographers from across Europe.
The new edition of Czech Press Photo 2025 has been officially announced. Photographers based in Czechia can submit entries
from September 1 to September 30, 2025, across eight competition categories. The brand-new Project Europe award invites European authors to submit series documenting contemporary Europe.
An international jury of seven distinguished Czech and foreign experts will meet in Prague in November 2025.
Winners will be announced at a gala ceremony in January 2026 at the National Museum, with the exhibition opening in March.
